Triadimenol is a widely used triazole fungicide and consists of four stereoisomers with 1R,2S, 1S,2R, 1R,2R, and 1S,2S configurations. It is a fungicide for cereals, beet and brassicas used to control a range of diseases including powdery mildew, rusts, bunts and smuts. According to EU regulations, based on the metabolism study, it is concluded that residue levels of triadimenol and its metabolites remain below 0.01 mg/kg in all tissues, in milk and in eggs, thus MRL is set at 0.01mg/kg for all animal products.
